Kallyna and Ethan had some rather grand and ambitious plans for their wedding celebrations. I mean, why settle for just one wedding day when you can have two? I was incredibly lucky to be there for round one, at the breathtaking Ashridge House. This venue is one of my all-time favourites, located in Hertfordshire. Having met Henry and Ellie in Leicestershire for the pre wedding session, I knew that these two were not fond of the limelight or all of the attention being on them. This isn’t unusual, I’d say 90% of the couples that book me have very similar opinions. But these two came up with a marvellous idea to ease nerves and get on with enjoying the rest of their wedding day together. A first look. Bear with me, yes it sounds very American and isn’t particularly traditional but I was more than willing to give this idea a whirl. It would take a bit of organising time wise but once its done, the rest of the day was theirs to enjoy.
